Przy otwieraniu butelka strzela jak szampan, pierwszy raz mi się takie coś zdarzyło. Piwo jest tak nagazowane, że trudno je przelać do szklanki. Przez to nagazowanie powstaje wysoka ładna piana koloru kawy z mlekiem. W aromacie wyczuwalna gorzka czekolada oraz karmel. Smak piwa to lekkie kakao i kawa, trudno więcej wyczuć przez nagazowanie, wręcz szczypie w język. No cóz to mój drugi przypadek, że piwo z nowej linii Pracowni jest przegazowane (pierwszym było Dwa Smoki), pozostaje tylko się nie zrażać i poczekać na kolejna warke może bardziej udaną,

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with huge, frothy, long lasting, slowly osteoporosing, tan head, no lacings. Roasty dark malty aroma, spicy, yeasty overtones, hints of chocolate, liquorice and treacle. Taste is roasty dark malty, notes of liquorice, hints of dark chocolate, dark berries, bitter hoppy overtones. Slightly too lively, prickling carbonation, lasting dry finish.

Smell of roasted malt. Black colour, dark brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, ash, some red berries. Finishes with coffee. Very flat carbon, viscous texture. Very bitter.

Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. Brune foncée, col blanc-cassé, léger doré au verre. Arôme est malté, grillé, café sur un léger bouquet rétro houblonné mais dont le côté caramel-café reste prépondérant. Palais est profond au niveau offre de café malté, pointe épicée rappelant le seigle. Longueur de bouche offre une bonne note espresso avec un fini sec, grains accompagné d’une fine amertume houblonnée. Ce fini épicé de seigle perdure et ajoute au caractère de ce stout.

Draught, small creamy head, dark brown color, aroma of mocha, dark bread and caramel with hints of coffee and rye, flavor of dark bread, grains and a hint of dried fruits that disapears in time. medium bitterness, light sourness. Nice.

[ As Pracownia Piwa 6 Josephs Street ].Clear dark brown black color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, coffee, dusty, dark roasted. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, coffee, strong coffee, roasted, dark roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140523]
