12 ounce can, 12/21/24. Black, large tan head, below average retention. Aroma of chocolate, nuts. Taste is chocolate, roast, coffee, sweet malts, maple. Low booze, very sweet. Pretty simple for all the shit in this. Beer must have been released on April Fools Day.

12 oz. can from The Bat Cave. Pours a pitch black/dark brown color with a beige head and fair retention. Close to zero lacing. Bourbon barrel, boozy aroma. This beer doesn't taste ANYTHING like it's description. Tastes like dark roasted alcoholic molasses with only a hint of salted pretzel in the finish. Based on the label, I expected this to be sweet/salty, but it’s very medicinal. WAY too much alcohol. Hard to finish. Medium body. Very low carbonation. Bitterness hidden by booze. Sorry Stanley. Very disappointing.

(Tap) clear, bright, very dark brown colour with a small brown head, aroma of compote, dough, creamy palate with a long, medium bitter sweet finish
