Bottle. [ As Hidromel do Fauno Sangue Viking ].Clear light to medium red color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, cherry, dark fruit - dried fruit, raisin. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, raisin, cheery, dark dried fruit. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140930]

Bottled, thanks andregoncalves! Clear mahogany colour, somewhat viscous. Raisiny nose with floral honey. Sweet with medium-full body, viscous mouthfeel. Minty eucalyptus, tongue coating honey and lillies and raisins. Lightly warming finish.
