Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Stas. Cloudy yellow. Aroma os yeast, wheat, soapy hops, fruitiness, and a spicy note. Flavor is yeasty, wheaty, grainy, with some fruitiness, a spicy hint, and a bitter hops finish, slightly soapy. Light to medium-bodied. OK.

Hefiger und herber Antrunk, der eher hintergründig Hopfenaromen liefert. Leicht, später steigend bitter, etwas trocken. Der Hopfen kommt dann zunehmend in den Vordergrund, etwas blumig, langer Nachhall. 9/8/9/10/9/9

330ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, fairly lacing, white head. Wheaty, fruity aroma, sweet-ish notes of banana, hints of papaya, a touch of clove, underlying hints of stored peach. Taste is minmally to moderately sweet wheaty, fruity, lots of banana, a touch of orange and mandarine, dry, minimally tannic and grassy hoppy counterweight. Light but quite flavourful.

Bottle 330ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Bierol Funky Wheat ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Hazy matt medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, wheat, light hoppy, grass, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, clove. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, banana, grassy hopd, light metalic, light clove. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. bereits vor einigen Jahren getrunken und inzwischen nicht mehr produziert. Es war ein recht einfaches Weizen, was offenbar als Übungsbier für die damals noch jungen und unerfahrenen Brauer diente. Es hatte wohl nette Fruchtnoten, aber wirklich voll und würzig war es nicht. Geht mir nicht ab

On tap at the Brewpub. Trübes orangegelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, hopfig herb. Geschmack hopfig fruchtig, Citrus, grasig, sehr lecker!

Draught. Hazy, orange body, with a medium, creamy, white head. Creamy aroma of banana, vanilla, orange, grains, spices. Taste with the same aromas, but with more spices, like pepper. Mouthfeel is medium, slick, with a lively carbonation and it finishes slightly bitter, spicy and fruity. A really tasty Hefeweizen! Greatly balanced, easy to drink and still fully aromatic.

Hazy orange, nice and beautiful head. Aroma has some cloves, spices, banana, also coriander. Taste is fresh, spritzy, refreshing. Nice summer beer.
