5 month old can A: Hazy orange with a small tight beige head, busy carbonation, good retention and sticky lace. S: Tart orange and toffee, subtle leaves and biscuit. T: Sharply bitter pithy hops dominate with biscuit malts way in the background. Some orange and toffee finally come through and linger. M: Crisply carbonated, fairly light bodied and lightly resinous. O: With Impressive bitterness even at this age, this is surely a palate wrecker when fresh. Not complex but pretty good and certainly worth a try when in season.

Strong bouquet of strawberry, mango, and rosehips. Sublime! Clear amber, thick billowy head, nice lacing. Honey and mango, with a leafy grass finish. Medium body, soft. Good level of bitterness, but it doesn’t mesh super well with the fruity flavors. If you like fruity IPAs, like I do, you’ll love this one! Belgian yeast? Freaking fantastic!

12 oz. bottle. Pours light gold, with a medium, foamy, beige head. Bursting floral and citrus aroma, with some notes of pine, caramel, and some light cinnamon. Sweet and malty, with some significant bitterness. The aftertaste is long, bitter, and a little off. Light to medium body, sticky, and fairly astringent. Overall, this is mediocre IPA. Slightly off flavor, and unpleasant, metallic mouthfeel.

Clear gold with generous mostly white head. Leaves sticky webbing on the sides of the glass as it slips below. The aroma is light flowery citrus hops. The flavor is lightly bitter with a sweet malt support that says hello and then steps aside to let the hop bitterness close the show in a long bitter finish.
