(Can) (-5) upon opening a can that has been standing in the cellar for few weeks, 3/4 of the contents exited explosively fire extinguisher fashion, covering me, the table, even ending up in the soup pot. That is ridiculous. Cloudy, bright purple colour with an explosive white head. Aroma of berries, jam; balanced flavour with a light tart finish.

(355ml can from the brewery webshop) Pours opaque deep reddish purple with a small medium pink head that fades rapidly without lace; thicc pour with lots of berry bits stuck to the glass. Aroma and flavour lead by boysenberry flesh as expected, fresh and juicy with the low acidity, moderately earth character being a bit brighter than pure blackberry. Balance of light lactic acidity, cereals are almost hidden, natural fruit juice sweetness. Medium bodied creamy smoothie texture with low carbonation. Not the most fruit-bomb overfruited sour ever, but juice like expected for style and quite refreshing.
