(473ml can c/o Herbalist, thanks!) Pours nearly black with a small pale tan head that's stable without lace. Aroma of fresh ground coffee as expected, some earth and praline along with red berry jam, light citrus peels, soft caramel sweetness and a bit of toasted malt to complement the coffee. Flavour is coffee-forward, lightly sweet with notes of grapefruit and pale red berries surprisingly clear, light toasty bean elements and earth, finishing dry and mineral with moderate bitterness and a little bright acidity common to some Ethiopian coffees as well. Light body with average carbonation. Solid entry in this series, which shows off the bright fruity summery notes I was hoping for. Good tilt after dinner on a hot evening.

(Can) clear, bright, dark brown colour with a small brown head; aroma of roast, fresh brewed coffee, hint of jam; creamy palate; rich, balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish
