On tap at Arizona Wilderness Brewing DTPHX Beer Garden. Almost black, tan head. Cross between a stout and a sour. Dark chocolate, roasted malt, tart berries, molasses, vinous notes. Unharmonious finish.

Pours up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a dark near black colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up baker's chocolate, a bit of chocolate and faint plum. The taste delivers dusty chalky bitter bakers chocolate and then a bit of plum and more chocolate. Ok but not working well on the whole.

Dark brown. Not much head. A bit tart, fudgey, it’s funny cause everything is made very well, like all individual elements, but it doesn’t come together because I don’t like dark sour.
