Wizard Hand of Evil is a sinisterly drinkable IPA with aromas of just ripened pineapple and Bartlett pears. A balanced malt profile and just enough bitterness in the back to make you go back for another sip. The all-seeing eye that sees! Hops: Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, & Idaho 7.

Can. Overt pineapple on the aroma. Well rounded tropical hops and yeast flavor.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated March 2, 2020. Aroma is hop forward and fruity with lots of guava, passion fruit and mango. Lighter tropical citrus and a bit of a dank note. Light cracker malt notes and a hint of alcohol spice. Pours a hazy, dusty, golden orange with a large, thick, frothy, white head that recedes slowly but steadily to a small film that lingers on clumps. Fairly high amounts of lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol spice. Lots of tropical fruit hop notes with lighter dank, resin notes. Lots of passion fruit, mango, guava and tropical citrus. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice IPA. Lots of fruity hop notes with moderate bitterness and a light malt backbone that carries the hops nicely.
