A bottle re-fermented ale, complex and warming, ideal for the fireside. Serve at cellar temperature.
Pronounced chocolate flavour with sour cherries and burned sugars, has a rich and complex mouthfeel.

Bottle in Genoa purchased from Enoteca Squillari. Hazy red - brown beer. Big pale tan head. Light, semi dry palate. Frothy. Tangy caramel malt. Some dried fruits. Dry frothy finish. Again the odd skew to these beers. This one is ok despite the oddness.
