Bottle at Hundholmen, Bod. Pours a brown colour with a big beige head. Aroma of dried fruit, rye bread, Belgian yeast and nuts. The flavour is quite similar and pretty sweet with the addition of grass. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and soft bitterness. Nice and tasteful.

Mørk amber med lyst beige skum som daler sakte. Aroma malt karamell plomme. Smak karamell plomme humle malt. Saftig og fyldig øl med god smaksbalanse. Øl skummet veldig over etter åpning selv etter ei uke i kjøleskapet. Flaske kjøpt på Vinmonopolet Jekta

Strange one this beer A really gusher at first. Difficult to drink the first 10 minutes But very smooth and pleasant to drink when the enormous head was gone Dark body and a tan head Ok intensity in the aroma Balanced sweetness and an ok duration Bready, toffee and fruity flavor [Bottle at Kokkekollektivet in Halden, Norway (they gave me two bottles – but both where gushers)]

330ml bottle from Greens. Dark brown colour with reddish tinge, tan foamy head leaving lacing and aroma of bready malt, roasty. Taste is sweetish malty, chocolate, molasses, toffee, caramel, dried fruity, figs, and some mellow bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry caramely finish. Nicely drinkable.

28.01.2015, 0,33l bottle shared with ClubGonzo & friends:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly neutral, grass, caramel, almond cake, hay, wet grain. Taste is slightly sweet, sugar, hay, caramel, wet grain, almond essence, weeds. Little bitterness, slightly harsh mouthfeel. Boring.

01.09.2018 -- 0.33l bottle in unternehmen mitte, as "gutsy dark ale". pours a deep chestnut with little to no head. aroma of cola, toasted malts, leaves. flavour of caramel, dark fruits, yeast, leaves. sweetish. not great, maybe because it is gluten-free?

Bottle from Shrewsbury Market gluten free stall. Appearance - deep amber with lovely red chinks. Nose - molasses, cherry cola. Almost a salted caramel thing. Taste - more salty molasses. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - this is miles better than other stuff from Green’s.

330 ml bottle @ Christianssand Brygghus. Clear, dark amber body with a big, stable, creamy tan head. Quite mild aroma of malt, caramel and some toast. Flavor is medium sweet malt, caramel, some dark fruit and moderate bitterness. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. A little hint of milk chocolate in the aftertaste by the way. Sure a decent gluten free beer I could drink whenever, not depending on the gluten aspect. Nice and easy.

(Bottle) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of dark rye bread, caramel, dried fruit, hints of treacle and liquorice. Malty, fruity taste with dried fruit, raisins, crisp-bread, brown sugar, caramel and a mild, herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. The malt character is a bit metallic and hollow, but taste is quite nice. Quite enjoyable.
