Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, herbs, moderate yeasty, saison yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, herbs, pale malt, fruity, yeasty, citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 22oz. A cloudy, pale golden beer with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is mostly fruity, with a touch of fruity sourness. Some pale malts and yeast and a spiced, herbal touch. It’s quite dry, with a soft carbonation and a medium body fullness. Some sourish fruityness in the flavor too, a little bitterness lurking in the back along with some pale malts. Fruity finish. A decent beer, but I’d like more complexity. 141024
