A “perilune” is the point in an object’s orbit where it comes closest to the moon. We’ve included a smooth, low alpha bittering addition alongside our aromatically-driven late kettle & dry hopping regimen. Featuring Comet, a hop prized for aromas of lemon & a spicy saftara, and then rounded out with New Zealand Cascade & Idaho 7. Drinks like an IPA, but hits like a Pale.

(tap) cloudy yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of lemon, orange; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish
