This is our first "milkshake" IPA - a new style that is sweeping the country. We used lactose sugar, pineapple and pomegranate puree, and vanilla to make a desert smoothie IPA. It is hopped well like an IPA using the "Ales for ALS" blend.

Draught @ Cellarmaker Brewing, SF. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, grass, rich tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, citrus. Flavor is sweet and light bitter, light malt, little vanilla, rich juicy tropical fruit, citrus. 170718
