Big creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly strange fruity, leafs, hops, dried fruits, lawn, old citrus peel, sap. Taste is very dry hoppy, bark, soil, old leafs, lawn, heather, harsh hops, paper. Longlasting bitterness, very dry dusty mouthfeel. Meh!

Draught at CBC 2014. Hazy golden liquid with a medium off-white head. Aroma of smoke, citrus, tangerine and bread. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of citrus, tangerine and smoke. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Meh.

Draught @ King William IV, [ Brodies Bunny Basher 2014 ]. 816 High Road, Leyton, London, England E10 6AE. [ As Brodies Chinook Bacon IPA ].Light unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, orange - citrus, wood, light meat - bacon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, smoke, meat, pine, fruity, orange. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140418]

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Malty fruity aroma. Starts malty spicy, bitter hoppy background. Only very light bacon-smokey notes. Dry-malty finish. Okay.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. This is a cloudy yellow golden one with a nice medium sized white really lacing top. Smells a bit strange fruity. Hay and traces of smoke, some wet reeds and rutabaga. It's really dry bitter and almost a little pungent this. Yeah, near pungent it's so bitter. Lacks some sweetness to balance all that grassy punch. Somewhat thin and lightning the mouth and it's soft on the bubbles. Tasty enough, but to harsh to reply enjoy. 03.05.2014

CBC. Hazy yellow with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, a hint of bacon and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 030514

A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and smoke, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of smoke, caramel, malt, and straw, leading to a dry finish

Keg @ Brewdog Birmingham. Not entirely sure why I chose this as I’ve never been a fan of bacon in beer.. curiosity I guess! Aroma is crispy dried bacon, taste is salty bacon with a touch of citrus, pine and chinook hiding in fear. Glad I just got a third.

Keg at Brewdog Brum. Pours a hazy murky gold with a small head. Aroma is mango and peach. Taste has peach to start with a hoppy mango and light smoky finish.
