Our house IPA with Mosaic, Amarillo and El Dorado. Big candied fruit notes at the forefront: jammy strawberry and blackberry. Some minor orange and tangerine gummy character, with a bit of sappiness to round it out.

Can from Total Wine & More, W. Hollywood. Beautiful, clear, golden yellow, nice sparkle, ample head with good retention, nice lacing. Aroma is initial citrus, berry jam, and dank pine (more dominant as it warms). Taste mirrors aroma. Smooth, thin texture, light bodied, mild alcohol warmth, soft carbonation and finish as taste. You won't find a prettier looking beer--makes you want to dive in! Aroma and flavor are traditional, and fine, while texture is a bit thin. Maybe have your friend order this and admire it while you are drinking something a tad more exciting.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds good, dank hops, melon, pine, grapefruit. Medium sweet flavour with pleasant ripening citrus fruits, light bitter pine, pale bread, melon, tangerine. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely resinous to close out, with good and punchy hop character, some peach, more melon, pine, citrus juice, further restrained bitterness, some citrus rind. Great IPA.
