(Tap) served with a wedge of a lemon..... cloudy orange, small white head; slight mineral aroma after lemon is removed, neutral balanced flavour, long light bitter finish, not sure why they call it a hefeweizen....

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 3 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 3.5
Tap. Pours quite hazy orange, small beige head, kind of like Beach foam, good lacing. Aroma is odd, lemon pledge, wheat, perfume. Flavor is medium sweet, minimal bitterness, no real hef character. Medium light body, some acidity. Not a good example.
