Draught @ [ Nordic Brew Festival 2014 ] @ ARENA NORD, Rimmens Alle 37, 9900 Frederikshavn, Denmark. [ As Beerbliotek Imperial Mocha Stout ].ABV: 7.5%. Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, coffee, mocha. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, coffee - mocha bitter, chocolate, vanilla notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Nice ;D [20141101]

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 11 Jan 2014) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, coffee and dark fruit. Roasted, malty taste with coffee, chocolate, dark bread, vanilla and a creamy finish with a fresh roasty bitterness. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel, lots of chocolate and mocha flavours. Excellent balance. Lovely beer!

On tap at Akkurat. Black with a small tan head. Aroma and taste of dark chocolate, coffee and caramel. The finish was quite bitter. A relatively soft and easy to drink Stout.

Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Very black, small beige head. Coffee and molasses up front. Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Molasses and butter, some fudge and coffee. Mid bitter finish.

Draft @ Bryggens Ølbar, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty coffee and chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate bitter flavor with weak hints of coffee. Has a roasted malty chocolate bitter finish with hints of coffee.

From tap. Pours solid black with a small tan to off white head. Aroma is dark malty and liqourice. Bitter and roasted. Lingering liqourice and dark malty. Roasted malty and lingering liqourice into the finish.
