Sampler. The second of four in brewer Tim Marshall’s "Small Batch Spiced Series;" we all missed the first one, it appears. Hazy wit color with a thin layer of fine foam.. Smell of lavender and rose hip may make some think of soap. Taste keeps the floweriness spreading around my sensory organs. There is "just right" grassy note that complements the warm spring day outside. Faint but distinct tart background. I can more easily pick up the coriander in the base beer. too.
