Found my tasting notes from our Sept. 2000 Rt. 66 trip. This is before I discovered beer rating sites, but I still wanted to note some impressions. I did have down that there were definite spice notes, good observation for likely my first wheat beer (along with a "Heifer Vison’ Hefeweizen" that I won’t add because I have no idea if it has been brewed in the past 8 years.
My rating will just be the 2.6 average score currently standing, and this is a placeholder for what I hope will be a return trip to the Land of Enchantment (and green chile pork stew!).
