(Bottle) Dark brown colour with lasting, frothy, beige head, leaving traces of lacing. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark bread, chocolate, coffee, caramel, brown sugar and a touch of orange. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, cacao, crisp-bread, caramel, tobacco, a touch of orange peel and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a light sweetness. Well balanced and tasty. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle bought @ systembolaget. Pours deep dark ruby reddish brown with a frothy mocha head that slowly dissipates while leaving some lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is sweet and malty with toasted malts, sweet dark bread, butterscotch hard candy, prunes, hay, moist soil and hints of lemon zest. Taste is sweet, tiny bitter, malty and earthy with toasted malts, moist soil, minerals, buttered biscuits, hay, orange zest and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, round, watery and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet, slightly bitter, slightly malty and slightly earthy with toasted malts, dark bread, moist soil, minerals, iron enriched water, buttered biscuits, hay and hints of orange zest. Slightly too sweet, decently drinkable yet incredibly dull...
