Taster at Noon Whistle. Heavy nose of Citra and Mosaic, to be sure. Pale gold color, thin ring of foam around the edge. This one does taste a bit more “dry” than the Miskatonic Cyromancer. Sharp hops in the palate, lots of pine and lupus in, mostly. Clean malt taste that does not linger at all, leaving more room for the hops to be pushy with my taste buds. Like a brut, it’s pretty bubbly (okay, gassy). Leaves a lot of hop bitterness in my mouth as it goes down. Maybe only slightly different, but pretty pleasant.
