Sample at the taproom. Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of malt, grassy hops and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of bready malt, mild floral hops and citrus. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at Marriott in Downers Grove, IL. Medium gold pour. Small white head. Faint sweet malt nose. Flavor upfront is biscuity malt with sweet honeyish notes. Some fruity citrus in middle. Easy drinking with a modicum of flavor. Syrupy malt finish.

Taster at Alter tap room. The usual light, slightly sweet cream Ale smell. Like all these samples, kind of hazy, so minimal filtering involved. Taste has a pretty clean malt sweetness, and I thought there was a touch of corn here, but I’m surely wrong. Very light noble hop at the edge. Decent starter beer, considering the large "civilian" crowd here today.
