Sampler at HTH. 2014 Bronze medalist at GABF Noble hops, hazy yellow body, thin layer of foam (all beers in this sampler have differing heads of foam, all seem to be to style). Lemony nose with those German hops, and a bit of yeast to it. Taste is bright German wheat Ale with a sharp hop note that keeps it peppery and prickly. Not as much yeast "bite" as with other unfiltered beers. The bright hoppy taste makes it that much more interesting than most commercial Kölsch style beers.
