Oh, yes, a very minty smell, with chocolate, like an Andes after dinner mint. Thin head, and with that extra cocoa and mint in it, I can’t blame the head for giving up. A lot of mint in the taste, too, that can be a turn off to some of us beer fans. Causes the Stout portion of this to have a bit of a thinner mouthfeel. But it’s Christmas, so this fits right in as an after-dinner beer that is really not too heavy, considering all the extra stuff in it. Probably much lower in calories than any other chocolate and mint delivery system.
