Sampler at RAM, Schaumburg. A lot of coffee, kind of a syrupy, almost Kahlua texture. Taste is a quite warming coffee roast, with some cacao nibs. I’m catching a bit of alcohol and a touch of vanilla. This could be something amazing if it were allowed to sit in a barrell for a while.
