Costa Rica Cafe San Louis Alajuela coffee bean version. Served draft in a stemless tulip, $7 at DMK Burger Bar, Lombard. Cloudy yellow white, maybe only slightly darker from the regular Khloros, as I recall. Thin foam around the edge. I just catch a nice Witbier smell, slight lemon, wheat malt. If there’s any coffee present, it’s very light of even in green beans. Taste matches the nose, with the added texture of slightly thick malt. The cute server said some people pick up the coffee right away, some don’t. Hey, this place has servers who like pouring the good stuff!
