Bottle sample pour at Rotary Grove Fest. Purple in the glass of course. No bubbles in this pour. Heavy berry nose is quite nice. Of course it has a big berry syrup taste. Maple is just noticeable. Just a marvelous thing to put in a mead. A touch of sherry at the finish.
