Bière De Table - Damson

Draught @ BrewDog Shepherds Bush, 15-19 Goldhawk Road, Shepherds Bush, Greater London England W12 8QQ. [ As The Kernel Biere de Table Damson ].Unclear medium red orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, damson - berry - plum, caramel, wheat, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, wine, oak, damson - berries - plum. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140418]

Keg at BD Shepard’s Bush. Hazed pinkish red coloured pour with a thin lasting light pink head. Aroma is nice apricot jam, saison yeast and some earthy oak notes. Some mango in the nose as well. Flavour is composed of earthy berry, oak heather and some twigs in the finish. Thin light palate with moderate carbonation. Some raspberry jam. Yeast character is fairly low. Good beer, damson works well.

Keg at Brewdog, Shepherds Bush, London. A hazy golden coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Fresh citrus fruit aroma. Taste is similar, citrus fruit, slightly tart, hint of Damson, crisp, zesty and easy drinking.

Brewdog Shepherds Bush. Keg. Lightly hazy amber beer, tidy white head. Palate is.light and minerally crisp. Light tartness, nice fresh juicy plum. Mild seltzer. Smooth finish with more tangy plum. Nicely fruity and not too tart.
