16 oz. can from Orange and Brew. Tropical fruit nose, close to a POG, under the tab. Pours a cloudy yellow under a thick bubbly head. I'd hope to give this a little more latitude than the previous brewer, but the listing of artificial flavors and sweeteners, with food dyes, is kind of disconcerting. It does have a decent taste of tropical fruit, with some tartness, and a side of vanilla creaminess. But yeah, there's some artificial sweetness that didn't really need to be added.

Pours innocently enough, a lighyly hazed green-gold-amber, almost like a white or green tea color. Minimal head but fizzy nonetheless. Nose is crazy, a ton of tropical fruit juices, very sweet and heady. Somewhat indistinct, I suppose mango is apparent, I'm not sure I even know what passionfruit or dragon fruit smell like (I've even both but only on rare occasions). The flavor is quite sweet and syrupy, barely beer like, it comes across a touch like a mango chelada, as I can taste the beer like element mixed the fruit of the mango and others. But the beer here seems mostly like an afterthought as the fruit juice totally dominates. If it was salty or had tomato it might make an interesting chelada. If I had some tomato juice I'd try it myself but mostly as an excuse to avoid drinking the rest of the syrup. Who thought this was a good idea? The recipe is executed reasonably well but whoever designed the recipe needs to reconsider their life choices. You're ruining the beer scene with this shit.
