Black with a trace beige head. Toasty malt, cocoa, coffee, cinnamon and faint whiskey. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Taster at Short Fuse. I can surely smell cinnamon and maple here. Slightly brownish black color. Taste has very little coffee, actually. Just a mild cinnamon and strong malty taste. Nothing wrong with that at all. I'll hopefully have some other Impy Stout to compare to.

Can sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Lior D. Black, tan foam. Chocolate, roast, cinnamon, some soy sauce, nuts, a bit sweetish, umami, a bit of coffee. Nice.
