Taster #25 at Beer Under Glass. 93 Octane just may be the true undiscovered gem of Chicago. Will have to drink more beer to decide. I had to go into this because it is it is there, and I've cleansed my palate with enough light lagers. Black body in the sample glass, with no foam of course, even though it's poured from the tap. Sweet smell of bourbon with very little Stout malt. it's another freaking incredible Imperial Stout.
