November 2014: 500 ml test bottle from the brewery. Batch #9, ABV is 4.7%. Slightly hazy and pale golden colour, huge white head. Nice aroma with distinct notes of cloves, hints of cinnamon and banana. Refreshing flavour with cloves and citrus, hints of banana. Light bodied. Okay.

Flaske 500ml. Batch 9. Gave fra Yngvar. Delt med Rune på Nerstranda 14 Okt 15. Lys gulbrun. Litt uklar. Høyt tett skum som daler veldig sakte. Sitrusaroma. Smaken behagelig syrlig. Mye sitrus. Bra hveteøl.

500ml bottle, received from Yngwie at a meeting in Drammen. Rocky white tophead. Fair lacing. Pale yellow body with a wheat haze. Mild wheat fruity nose. Citrus and wheat to the taste profile, lightly spiced with coriander. Citric hints to the ending. Medium minus body. Satisfying (shared with Finn, Tromsø 14.10.2015).

Gusher. Huge fizzy longlasting head. Aroma is more or less co2 stinging in the nose, covering some tiny notes of yeast, paper, weeds and wheat. Taste is very neutral, harsh yeast, weeds, minerals, paper, wheat, flowers. Little bitterness, harsh sour-ish mouthfeel, very high and fizzy carbonation. Drainpour!

Fonefan 251014. Golden-yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, butter, yeast, orange. Flavour is citrus, butter, coriander, orange, yeast, spices. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Lys gul farge med hvitt luftig skum. Lukter banan, sitrus og hvete. Smaker noe tamt og har en litt syrlig ettersmak.

Huge coarseish offwhite head doesn’t last. Hazy pale yellow bod with strong carbonation. Mealy herbal coriander aroma with wheaty fruity notes. Dry mealy intense orange peel taste with coriander notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy herbal coriander aftertaste with papery orange peel notes. Flat and uninspiring, with too much orange peel. Did not enjoy. (0.5l bottle, from Meny Oslo City. Batch #9.)

Bottle. It pours a big white head over a hazy yellow colored body. The aroma is rather weak, with a wheat-like sourish touch, some yeast and oranges and only the faintest touches of something spiced and fruity. It has a nice bitterness that lasts for a while, but the flavor too is too weak. Fruityness, a spiced touch, oranges and yeast. Guess the orange aroma and flavor comes from the added orange zest. Too yeasty finish. A decent beer, but nothing more. Lacks character and the yeast is too evident. 141206
