The Chicagoland crew crafted this beauty with a soft and fluffy base. Then they stuffed it with heaping helpings of Strata, El Dorado, and Sabro Hops for luscious waves of juice.
Tasting Notes
Tropical tones lead the sip, with brilliant splashes of golden pineapple, mango, and tangerine nuances. Herbaceous lime leaf and basil undercurrents streak underneath, followed in the finish by a smooth hint of coconut cream.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a smallish white head. Aroma is citrus, to include lime leaf. Med body. Quite juicy. Somewhat sweet. Not bitter enough to offset that. Flavor is kaffir lime leaf with melon, perhaps earth, and certainly other things. Complex IMHO. Nice flavor.

Draft at Orange & Brew. My first Phase Three beer at last. Thick, hazy, orange juice color in a small round glass with a thin white head around the rim. The smell has a lot of mango and papaya and a bit of pineapple too. Taste is very juicy from the hops. Very little bitterness to speak of. Nice, thick mouthfeel. Alcohol is there, basically to warm you up as we sit outside and drink. The malt only adds to the sweetness from the hops, without becoming too sugary in itself. Some hop bitter notes start to make themselves known towards the end of the glass. Steady, fine effervescence gives it a lighter feel after a while. Puts a little gas in the tummy.
