Draft taster at Paw Paw. Deep brown color, still a scrum of foam on top of the taster, Not much smoke in the nose, but there is a note of spicy rye malt. A note of smoked Gouda in the palate, though. And the smoky note gets bigger the further down I go. Plenty of lacing on the bit of foam for a taster sample.
