Draft at Noon Whistle. Slightly hazy gold color, a bit of rose in parts, with a thin ring of foam. Smell is pretty neutral, but with a bit of white wine, improbably. But there is a nice light tartness you don’t usually expect of a tart beer. But then these guys do a lot of sours, so some lighter versions can be expected. Toward the middle, I can pick up some strawberry tartness, but it’s still well in the background. A god mildly tart beer.
