300ml single from Appalachian. Pint glass @home. Clear, slightly jellied medium gold pour. Long & pillow-y off-white head. Brett fruitiness, Orval-ish, lettuce-y, salty nose. Lemon, bittersweet-tart peach, very slight bittergreen herbal-ness, extra slight foeder sharpness, lingering plum pit finish. Frothy, maybe slightly too acidic, boozy enough, easy size to slam down. Winner.
