We are very excited to have accessed a brand new hop from the breeding program at Freestyle Hops in New Zealand called Peacharine. As the name suggests, Peacharine hops impart the flavors and aromatics of peaches and nectarines, with additional notes of limes and other tropical fruit. We look forward to the prospects of working with more new varieties from the wonderful folks at Freestyle Hops.

Can (1/24/23) pour from Steve. It's a deeply hazy dark yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is advertised peach and nectarine (on the orange creamsicle side) with light lime and tropical fruit. Taste is super strong nectarine and pineapple over peach with cream. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, wow, super juicy and welcome to the scene Peacharine! I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot more of this in the future! A bit thin but makes it go down real easy.

Can @ Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan. Pours extremely hazy bright yellow like peach juice (!), small foamy off-white head that flops down fast, citrus-peach aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter peach taste with orange, smooth thin body, long finish. Incredible peach flavor!
