La spécificité de la cuvée Saint Georges réside dans le fait qu'après le brassage des pommes, la pulpe reste en cuvage à l'air pendant un minimum de deux heures, ce qui enrichit la couleur du cidre et favorise le développement des arômes de la pomme.

Bottle at Jan & Charlottes tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte Pours gold with just a rim of bubbles the head had departed quite swiftly. Nice aroma a bit woody, earthy apple, sweeter than expected, soft in the mouth. Juicy apples also showing, bit of tangerine. Nice stuff. A7 A4 T7 P3 Ov15 3.6

Bottle @ J & C’s, Ulfborg. Thanks. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy white head. Nose is farmyard and apples. Flavor has a bit of metal. Sweet but ends up dry. Original review text: 75cl bottle. Tasting@beermouth. Pours muddy yellow with a off white head. Aroma is dry, fruity, apple & oaky. Salami & smokey taste. Very sweet. Dusty/matured taste. Medium carbonation. Quite weird cider for sure!

Corked bottle
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is acceptable, with some ripe apples, wood, acidity. Dry and quite astringent mouthfeel, feeling of ripe red apples, woody. Pleasant, with a nice woody touch, but missing some character.

Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of Thomas_E. Slightly hazy, pale golden with a small, white head. Slightly peely apple aroma. Medium-bodied with sweet apple notes and a somewhat astringent touch. The mouthfeel is smooth and soft. Good, quaffable country cider. 021107

Bottled. A hazy golden cider with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples and a slight acidity, while the flavor is a mixture of sweet and acidic with notes of apples and wood. Thanks to Thomas_E
