Indignados por la piratería reinante en el Mediterraneo, Roma envió a las Balerares en el año 123 a.c. una expedición militar encabezada por Quintus Cecilius Meteleus, quien romanizó las islas e impuso el orden en la zona. Con los rmanos la vida urbana, se fundaron 2 ciudades; Palma y Pollentia, se introdujeron nuevas técnicas en la agricultura y se exyendió el cultivo de trigo y cebada, base para la elaboración de la cerveza.

From eroski alcudia clear yellow white head. Mild euro pilsner aroma malty. Slightly sweet.flavor is malty euro hoppy quite bitter but also sugary sweet.

Bottle from eroski supermarket Mallorca. Clear golden yellow coloured pour with a steadfast thin white head. Aroma is clean grains, little honey and a hint of Belgian yeast, maybe a little banana ester. Flavour is composed of pils grains, Belgian yeast, tangy bitter finish, maybe a little metal. Palate is highly carbonated and crisp.
