Danish tasting session
Cloudy light amber color with generous head. The hop aroma is nice; there is a delicate fruity side, tea, toffee, light citrus fruits, some sweat, light honey. Smooth mouthfeel; some toffee flavor, tea, chamomile, with moderate sweetness; correct bitterness; well balanced.
More complex than an ordinary IPA, nice.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, malt, brettanomyces, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, over ripe fruits, and alcohol, leaing to a bitter finish.

cloudy yellow, smooth white head. malty aroma, hoppy ,flavor is malkty, flowery hoppy, sort of soapy, quite mellow, but wouldve been awesome fresh.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry, mild estery and toasted. Toasted malty and light caramelish. Toasted, caramelosh. Bitter and mediuk. Dry herbalfinish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks Dagan. Clear deep golden with an off-white head. Aroma of floral and piney hops and fruity notes. Hoppy, floral and piney flavor with light sweetish notes and a moderately bitter finish. Medium-bodied.
