Bottle @ America Strikes Back, Ulfborg. Pours slightly hazy light amber with small white head. Clear aroma of diacethylene, malt and yeast. Bitter flavour of metal and (possibly) hops, with notes of malt and diacethylene. Bitter, unpleasant aftertaste. Filth!

Keg at York Tap. Clear gold, thin white head, high carbonation. Aromas of corn, butterscotch, and honey. Taste has an astringent quality, and is borderline unpleasant. Did not enjoy this.

Keg @ Oarsman, Carrick-on-Shannon [171213]
Light golden, clear, thick bubbly head, typical lager
Aroma of sweet soft pale malts, touch of honey, butter biscuit (yes - I got this before looking at the review below(!)), grainsm slight hint of hops
Taste - Soft sweet light pale malts, some butter biscuit, soft grassy hop, slight spicy hop
Palate - Moderate carb, light body, quite oily. Fairly sweet, dab of bitter spicy lager hop. Finish as main flavour, little dry, slight metallic bitter finish, getting a slightly odd plasticy note which I’m not sure
Overall - Not a fan of lagers. This is better than usual macro lagers, but not sure I’ll return to this again, bit of buttery sweet note off this but reasonably drinkable
