Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Good but not great, particularly for Cascade. Bright gold, transparent with a fading white head. A definite sour but there’s some malt sweetness in the taste that gets in the way a bit. Fruity with apricot flavor. Mild pucker. Sort of an herbal finish. Interesting.
