[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 3rd session. Brown with a beige head. Aroma of oak, malt, caramel, cellary mustiness and nice fruitiness. Sour-sweetish flavor, oaky and fruity. Rounded-mouthfeel.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Session 3. Pours clearish brown with a creamy, tan head. Decent. Some dry and leathery fruits, faint funk. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, fairly tannic, with more dried fruits, berries especially. Nice one.

Sample at CBC 2014. Dark brown/red with a small tan head. Aroma of berries, wood, light funk and some vinegar. The taste was tart with berries, wood, funk, vinegar and some notes of malt. The finish was dry.

Tap @ CBC, 14. Very dark brown with small head. Aroma is malt, yeast, dark fruits, chocolate and a little sour fruits. Flavour is malt, yeast, dark fruits, caramel, little sour, little sour fruits and a little oak.

Draught @ CBC 2014. Pours very dark brown with a tan head, leaving some light lacing. Aroma is light sour, oak, caramel, berries, light vinegar. Flavor is light sour, redwine, yeast, bretty, caramel, light vinegar. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light acidic finish. 030514

Pours dark reddish brown with a smooth head. Aroma of berries, tart fruitness, yeast and oak. Taste is smooth, mildly sour and tartish with berries, yeast and oak. Finish is tartish and yeasty with some oak and berries. Okay.
