Our traditional northern German style Pilsner is brewed with all German malts, imported German Tettnang hops and a step-infusion mash for a classic crisp, dry, full-flavored Pilsner character. It is a deep golden, medium-full lager, with around 6% alcohol, and a distinct noble hop bitterness.

Bright and crisp, with a grainy/cracker malt base offset by notes of apple, flowers, and a spicy Noble hop bitterness. Lingering floral bitter streak laced with yeast. Pretty darn nice pils.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates very slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has notes of pine and weed with a good amount of backing sweet grains. Flavor has some grass that is slightly dank with a hint of pine and backing earthy grains.

on tap-pours a thin white head and hazy straw color. Aroma is light malt/wheat, lemon/grassy (saaz?) hops. Taste is light malt/wheat, tart lemon/grassy/earthy hops, yeast. OK effervescence.

draft at brewpub - Pours hazy and yellowish with some lacing. The mild aroma has some hops presence. There’s a good hops flavor and finish in this medium bodied brew. Nice pilsner.
