Bidon is a session ale brewed to be light, crisp and easy drinking. For this gyle, Ampersand have used late Amarillo and Simcoe hops adding a great combination of orange, floral, dank notes to balance the dry finish and the crisp malt body.

On tap at Hop Stuff Taproom Ashford. Hazy amber colour lasting white head. Some toffee on aroma. Some earthy hop? Light orange tangerine Toast on aroma. Some simcoe gooseberry. Decent hop. A bit thin in malt. OK.
