Cask handpull at The Swan Ashford. Clear mid brown amber colour lasting off white head. Malty aroma with a bit of twig and earth. Like a proper British brown bitter. Cracking condition. Utterly drinkable. Good solid malty flavour. Some twig and hedgerow on finish. Sweetish malt carries on with some dryness in the mouth. Slips down beautifully. 3 gulps and the pint was gone.
