Sharing a geographic border with our Hidden Lake, this Belgian Wit is a mild departure from tradition, making it the noisy neighbour in the wheat family. Set apart with a creamy body and peppery finish, the spice and citrus are dialled up with kettle additions of orange peel and coriander. Racing the Sunset is a liquid allusion to its own name.

On tap at Hawker, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of coriander, Belgian yeast, and some citrus peel. Flavour is dry, with orange peel, Belgian yeast, and some coriander. Fairly dry and well-expressive of the Belgian yeast. Very good.

This wheat has the much more typical american 'white' wheat flavour like rickards white or kronenberg. Eastbound Toronto.
