Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with an off-white head. Heavy estery and yeasty nose. Medium body, some sweet overripe fruit - tropical fruit, mango? Lightly phenollic with no real evident hops or alcohol. Sort of enjoyable in a rustic way. 210113

Hazy amber with a thin head. Estery, alcoholic aroma with a light raisiny, fruity character. Soft body with light acidity. Again, a mix of raisiny fruitiness and esters on the palate. OK, not terribly refined or exciting but functional.

Bottle. Dark and quite opaque brown with a big bubbly beige head. Aroma of malt, dark fruits(mostly plums and raisins), caramelized brown sugar, yeast, some spiciness and light alcohol notes. Sweet caramelly flavor with malt, dried fruits, light berries notes and a dry, quite spicy, finish with some warming alcohol. Medium-full body. A decent Belgian.

0.33L bottle, stable creamy moca head, dark brown colour but with some lighter taints. Aromas of wood, vanila, cola and hints of roasted coffe and spices in the back. Flavours roasted coffee, wood, caramel and bready sourness. Strong coffe bitterness which is dominant and agressive at first but mellows and blends in as the beer warms up. Very good.
