Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 25/01/2025.
Hazed golden orange with a lasting just off white head.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, grapefruit, lychee, pissy citric nip, raw pineapple.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine needle, guava, lychee, hop spice.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with resinous hop bitterness allied to a light rising boost.
Solid for a TIPA ... good bittersweet balance and drinkability.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head, moderately persistent. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth and creamy sweet malts. Hops bring light cooling pine into a soft but strong tropical fruits vibe, guite a guava - papaya thang here. Smooth but still reasonably bright citrus on the back end. Smooth and fairly light finish. No hop skunk, spice or alcohol heat here. A very smooth TIPA. Honestly, if I have tasted this blind, I think I might not even gone with dipa as a style. A big wolf in small and very cute sheeps clothing!

Pine, citrus & resinous aroma
Medium bodied, foamy & sharp. Lime, dank, resin & grapefruit tastes with a bitterly hopped up finish.
Banger.
